An open, spreading bush with a charmingly wild habit, this rose produces a continuous display of single blooms that shift from coppery yellow to pinky crimson as they age. The flowers are held on dark plum-coloured stems and framed by dark green-grey foliage with slim, pointed leaves. Vigorous and healthy, this variety brings colour, movement and character to the garden throughout the season.
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Water newly planted roses daily during their first season. Once established (after a year), two deep soaks per week during warm weather will keep them thriving. Apply a soil wetter in spring and again in mid-summer to improve water penetration. Feed every four weeks from late April to early May with a quality rose fertiliser. Prune in winter to encourage healthy new growth, and follow with a lime sulphur spray to help prevent fungal disease. Apply mulch to retain moisture, keeping it clear of the base of the plant.
