Soft orange-red buds unfurl into medium-sized, cupped rosettes with a perfect apricot hue. Known for their robustness, these blooms carry a lovely fruity Tea scent. The plant matures into a healthy, rounded, bushy shrub with few thorns.
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Water newly planted roses daily during their first season. Once established (after a year), two deep soaks per week during warm weather will keep them thriving. Apply a soil wetter in spring and again in mid-summer to improve water penetration. Feed every four weeks from late April to early May with a quality rose fertiliser. Prune in winter to encourage healthy new growth, and follow with a lime sulphur spray to help prevent fungal disease. Apply mulch to retain moisture, keeping it clear of the base of the plant.
