This large deciduous mulberry has bright green foliage and produces small, sweet white fruit from late spring. The long, white berries have a good flavour and are ideal for fresh eating, jam, and winemaking. With minimal fruit drop mess, it also makes an excellent shade tree for larger gardens.
Self-Fertile
Mulberries need regular watering during the warmer months, especially in the first year. Once established, they tolerate dry conditions but crop better with consistent moisture. Prune in late winter to maintain an open vase shape, as fruit is produced on new growth. Apply fertiliser in early spring and top up mulch to retain moisture and suppress weed
